Returns and exchanges at

Despite the high quality of the items we offer, it can sometimes happen that you receive an item that is not quite to your liking. In that case you can return or exchange the item, together with you we will look for an appropriate solution.

Should it happen that you receive an article which is not in good condition, we ask you to notify the customer service and then return the article within the trial period of 30 days together with the invoice.

Products 30 days respect

All orders placed at are subject to a trial period of 30 days. The trial period starts on the day you receive your products. Within this trial period you may evaluate and view (but not use) the product. Is the ordered product not entirely to your liking? Then you can within the trial period of 30 days as a return and you have 7 days to return it. After the trial period of 30 days you become the final owner of the products. After this trial period the products can no longer be taken back by us.

After receiving your order always check if the product is delivered complete and undamaged. If it is incomplete or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then look with you for an appropriate solution.

Returning an item

Is the ordered item not quite to your liking after all? Then you can return the undamaged and unused items under certain conditions. The costs for return shipment from home to Lederstore are for your own account. If you want to return an item, you can use the return form or contact us directly.

Return via postal agency
You can send the item via a postal agency. Please note that returns are at your own risk. This means that is not liable for damage or loss of the returned items during transport, etc. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at your post office and keep it safe.

The following conditions must be met for an item to be returned:

- within the 30-day trial period;
- The article must be complete;
- If possible in the original condition and (factory) packaging;

If the product is damaged, no longer in the same (new) condition or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

After the article is received by us, it will be checked. The paid amount will, after final confirmation of the return, within the refund period of 14 days will be refunded to your account.

Exchanging an item

The exchange of an item for an item in a different size or color, counts as a new order. You return your previous order within the trial period of 30 days and then order the desired item through the same ordering steps. For sending the new items we charge shipping costs.

If an item must be exchanged due to a mistake by, the costs are for our account.
