      Cream-brown sheepskin 110x70cm M

Do you miss a warm atmosphere in your home and want to turn your house into a home? Then you can use this sheepskin to add a warm, natural atmosphere to your interior. From our collection, you’ll find this cream-brown sheepskin measuring 110x70 cm (size M). With a dense, non-odorous pile and a silky sheen, this sheepskin is ideal for the living room and bedroom, as well as for the office. With this sheepskin, you’ll instantly bring a warm and charming atmosphere into your home and office.

      This sheepskin in a nutshell

      • Color: cream brown
      • Dimensions: ± 110x70cm M
      • Hair length: medium
      • Odor control treatment: double-washed

How can you use this sheepskin?

The most well-known and common way to use a sheepskin is as a soft and cozy accent in your interior, for example, on the couch or in a chair. This allows you to sit in wonderful softness and comfort.

You can also use the sheepskin as a rug to keep your feet nice and warm, for example, on the couch or in the bedroom next to your bed. Of course, you can also use this sheepskin purely for decoration—drape it over a small bench, a table, or a cabinet to create a cozy atmosphere.

      For your dog and cat

Do you have a dog or cat? And is your furry friend allowed on the couch (or in the chair)? Then you can also use this sheepskin to protect your couch or chair so it doesn’t get damaged. You can also use this sheepskin as a soft and comfortable bed where they can lie down and play. A sheepskin adapts to body temperature, so it’s nice and warm on cooler days but also cooler on warmer days.

Can I use the coat outside as well?

Yes, to a certain extent. If the weather outside is nice and not damp, you can use this sheepskin in your lounge set for that wonderful moment of relaxation. Is it raining or humid? Then it’s best to put your sheepskin away for a while. It’s also best to bring your sheepskin inside in the evening. Leather doesn’t handle moisture very well.

Ecologically tanned, better for the environment

We have all our sheepskins tan sustainably. This means that the tannery does not use any harmful substances that could harm the environment, such as chromium, heavy metals, and other harmful dyes. We even go a step further and are proud to say that the sheepskins we carry are certified under the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

A unique tanning process that gives the sheepskin a silky-soft feel and a pleasant scent

This sheepskin is incredibly supple and has a wonderfully soft texture. To achieve this high quality, the sheepskin is brushed multiple times, making it extra soft and giving it a beautiful sheen.

Another characteristic of this premium sheepskin is its pleasant scent. We noticed that many sheepskins on the market have a very pungent sheep/farm odor. This is typical of cheap sheepskins that have undergone only a limited tanning process. If you bring a cheap sheepskin like that into your home, the whole house will smell like sheep in no time—not exactly desirable. After all, you want to be able to enjoy the sheepskin right away, don’t you?

Together with our tannery, we’ve explored how to make the sheepskins smell nice. After a few adjustments to the tanning process, our sheepskins now have a lovely, pleasant scent—and we’re actually quite proud of that. This means you can give them a nice spot in your home right away and immediately enjoy their beauty.

How do you care for sheepskin?

Sheepskins require little to no maintenance. If dirt or moisture gets on the pelt, you can use the tips below when cleaning it.

Removing stains and dirt from sheepskin:

      • These can be gently whipped out with the hand or a mat whisk.
      • If moisture (beverage, etc.) is spilled on it, pat the area dry immediately (do not rub!) with a clean dry cloth.
      • Stubborn stains can be removed with a small amount of natural detergent with lukewarm/hot water.
      • Dried-up dirt can be removed with a slightly damp cloth.

      Uniquely photographed

With us, you’ll always receive the exact sheepskin shown in the photo delivered right to your door. That’s because we photograph each pelt individually so you get a really clear view. That way, you can find the perfect spot for it right away and enjoy it.

Go for a sheepskin that no one else has

Sheepskins are genuine natural products, which is why only one of each sheepskin is available. This means you’re always bringing home a 100% unique piece that no one else has.

This is how we measure sheepskin:
      Measuring sheepskin: length and width
      • Length: in a straight line from the neck to the base of the tail.
      • Width: measured in a straight line from hind leg to hind leg.
      • Never measured diagonally.
      • Rounded to the nearest 5 cm (197 cm becomes 195 cm).
      • We measure the wool as well: this is the total size of the sheepskin.
